Bad eyes

My interest in nutrition was sparked by a decade-long, debilitating pain in my eyes. I saw numerous consultants who were unable to help me and then I was sent to a psychologist, who said, 'Oh, they're always sending me people they don't know what to do with.'

While I was struggling with my eyes, I couldn't have imagined that I would ever be able to spend 3 years studying intensively. However, once I was able to understand and resolve the problem, I was able to do just that. I spent

3 years studying Naturopathic Nutrition at the College for Naturopathic Medicine and graduated in 2024. Since then, I have taken the Nutrigenomics Practitioner Programme with Lifecode Gx.

I continue to extend my knowledge and keep up with developments in the nutritional field. I also spend time, on farms in the UK and overseas, learning about different plants and their properties. This means I get to consume food, fresh-from-the-plant, and feel the benefits first-hand. A recent highlight was, standing under a banana plant, eating bananas that had just fallen to the ground.

I offer support in all aspects of nutrition and health, e.g. cardiovascular, digestive, hormonal, metabolic, musculoskeletal, respiratory, detoxification and immunity. I am especially interested in genetics, mental health and healthy ageing. I would also like to support other 'people they don't know what to do with.'
